We realized that many of our most engaged community members weren’t ready to jump fully into a brand partner role — but they were still referring people, sharing their experiences, and bringing value. This program is our way of celebrating and rewarding that!

⭐POWER USER RANKS, REQUIREMENTS & PRIZES

There are two Power User ranks, each with increasing rewards:

⭐ 1-Star Power User
Requirements:

Monthly subscription of at least 100 PV
A total of 300 PV including: Your own order & at least 1 customer referral.

Perks:

Will receive 1 free product credit for 1 new referral (up to 3 a month) and a happy box delivered straight to your door.

⭐⭐ 2-Star Power User
Requirements:

Monthly subscription of at least 100 PV
A total of 500 PV including: Your own order & at least 2 customer referrals

Perks:

Will receive 2 free product credit for 2 new referrals (up to 3 a month) and a happy box delivered straight to your door PLUS an extra gift.

⭐⭐⭐EXTRA SPECIAL PERK: Be a Power User for 3 months in a row and receive an exclusive invite to a EPIC life recognition dinner where you can connect and celebrate with other Power Users and Brand Partners!

PV = Personal Volume (points from product orders)

📌 A Note on Shared Points
Points from referrals can be shared between two Power Users — but only between two.
Here’s how it works:
If Power User 1 orders 300 PV and refers Power User 2 (who also orders 300 PV), Power User 1 now has the required points (600 total) to become a 2-Star — but they’ve only referred one person. They’ll need to refer one more customer to meet the referral requirement for 2-Star.

Important: If Power User 2 then refers Power User 3, Power User 1 cannot count Power User 3's points toward their own. Points are only shared between two directly connected Power Users.
